Why we did this
We heard the same feedback from a lot of families — the care is great, the admin can be a hassle. We listened. The new profile cuts down on the back-and-forth so you can spend less time on logistics and more time on your dog.
Getting started
Existing clients can log in and update their profile in a few minutes. New families can set up an account from scratch — we'll guide you through it. If anything's confusing or doesn't work the way you'd expect, let us know. We're still tweaking based on feedback.
