Boarding is one of those services where the brochure looks the same everywhere — until you walk in. The differences live in the details. Here's what families consistently tell us makes the experience at our Franklin Square resort different from what they've tried before.
Suites, not runs
Our Express, Classic, XL, and Luxury suites are designed for dogs to actually rest. Comfortable, climate-controlled, and quiet at night — none of the chain-link kennel energy that puts a lot of dogs on edge.
Hand-dried, never crated
After baths and water play, every dog gets hand-dried by a person — not stuck in a crate under a forced-air dryer. It's slower and more work, and it's worth it. Dogs leave us calmer, and we'd rather it stay that way.
